with your local postal service regarding customs charges
prior to ordering.
We do not ship to
Thailand, Philippines or Nigeria. We reserve the right
to cancel any international order.
Shipping Days:
Monday thru Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Processing Time:
Orders received before 2 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (5
pm Eastern) are processed the same day. Orders received
after 2 p.m. PST (5 pm EST) are processed the next
business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are
processed by close of business Monday.
Domestic Delivery Time
– Standard Shipping: Orders shipped to the western
U.S. can be expected within 1 - 4 business days. Orders
shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 4 - 6
business days. For quicker delivery, guaranteed
overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All
delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to
deliver your package may be longer. Real Salon Products
is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events
beyond our control, including shortage of materials,
labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of
nature.
If an item in your
order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail
within two business days.
If an out of stock and cannot be restocked within 10
business day Real Salon Products will refund your charge
and notify you by email. Please make sure to add us to
your address book so that you may receive a confirmation
email (Orders@RealSalonProducts.com).
In accordance with
U.S. federal holidays, Real Salon Products warehouse
