Real Salon Products offers a 30 day return policy
All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization number (RA#)
To obtain a RA# please login to your account and fill
out our RMA form or contact a customer service representative either via
orders@realsalonproducts.com
or at Phone Number Comming Soon with your Order ID and reason for return. You will be
provided with return instructions.
- Customer must pay for return shipping
- Please send via a traceable source.
- Real Salon Products is not responsible for lost packages.
Discount Salon Outlet is not responsible for any packages sent back without
a RA#
- Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We can not accept any returns on hair brushes, nail polish or makeup.
- We currently do not allow exchanges.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for credit to appear.
